We firmly believe that business owners are capable of writing their own business plans using excellent free templates available on the internet. But sometimes they struggle with the finer details and identifying what they need to work on now. Some struggle to identify what their long term goals are.

Help for Distressed Businesses
If your business is a bit distressed, in that your expenses seem to constantly outstrip available money in the bank, then we can step in and do a full review.
Things this will cover:
Line by line review of expenses to identify those that could be causing your pain
Deep dive into expenses like software to make sure your software stack is the best for you; what phone plans you are on etc
Analysis of wages (including pay rates) vs income and industry standards (where available)
Review of loan structures and any IRD debt
Comparisons of your busness KPIs versus your industry standard (where available) to see how you measure up
Document into a report that shows you how some making the changes we find will improve both profitability and more importantly cashflow.
This is a How Long is a Piece of String exercise, because we don't know you situation and what your expenses look like - but expect it to cost between $375 for a small business through to $1800 if you have a multi page profit and loss, numerous loans and employees and/or significant IRD debt (which we can help negotiate your way through).
Catchups to see how improvements are progressing are recommended and cost $100 plus GST each, and come with a review of problem expenses, you probably want 2-3 of these in the first 12 months after implementing, but they can be done monthly if your situation is dire and we are working through IRD debt etc.
It's a really satisfying exercise for us to do and see the improvements it can make in our clients businesses but more important in their lives because the mental toll of constantly worrying about running out of money is huge, This impacts on your personal life and removes all joy of being a business owner.
