This is our pay as you go service. Pay for what you need,  as you need us.

Growing your business profits starts with knowing what is going on and identifying trends (good or bad) and opportunities. Having us take a look at your accounts on a regular basis means we are in a position to respond quickly to issues, no analysing situations months after the fact. Issues identified for clients in the past twelve months included pricing issues; reduced productivity due to stress caused by under staffing; identifying staff who needed bookkeeping guidance to reduce coding errors resulting in under claiming of expenses. 

Services provided to monthly clients include: 

• GST return preparation as a minimum, with transactions checked for accuracy.

• Taxation plan, based on your current profit we provide a suggested tax saving amount, and if you follow this plan you will have ZERO stress come tax payment time. Guaranteed!

• Management reports, followed up with a coffee meeting or Zoom chat to discuss what's goig on. 

• Put systems in place for you to record and save your expense receipts and invoicing. Don't every file a piece of paper again!
